Who operates CAP

CAP (Claim Accuracy Project) is operated from Israel by Orian. Contact: orianjlevari@gmail.com. CAP is a permanently invite-only, free beta for adults in Israel. There is no public registration or public report library. Legal review status: unreviewed. CAP does not claim legal compliance.

Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18, use the beta from Israel, use your own approved Google account and accept the current Terms and Acceptable Use Policy before starting a check. Do not share your account. The Privacy Policy explains processing; acknowledging it does not waive rights or authorize processing of other people's information. If you decline, do not start new checks; privacy requests and account controls remain available.

What CAP does

CAP downloads an eligible linked video, reads its audio, description and sometimes selected frames, finds sources, and produces an AI-assisted assessment. It may misunderstand speech, images, timing or evidence, miss important sources, or reach an incorrect or incomplete conclusion. An assessment evaluates claims; it is not a finding that a person lied, committed an offence or intended to deceive. It is not guaranteed truth or professional medical, legal, financial or other advice. Verify important information and consult a qualified professional before consequential decisions.

Content permissions and use

Submit only publicly accessible content that you are entitled to have downloaded, analyzed and sent to the disclosed providers. You must have the necessary rights or another valid legal basis, and comply with applicable platform restrictions. A public link, your ownership of a video, or a fair-use argument does not automatically authorize platform automation. Do not submit private accounts, confidential recordings, credentials, intimate content or unnecessary sensitive personal information. No file-upload feature is offered.

You retain whatever rights you already have. You permit CAP and its service providers to process submitted material only as reasonably necessary to deliver, secure and support the check and handle lawful requests. This grants no broader ownership of third-party works. CAP does not claim exclusive ownership of third-party material or guaranteed rights in AI output.

Private beta and reporting errors

Results are accessible to the submitting account and authorized operator staff, not a public report library. Do not republish accusations, identifying information or copyrighted excerpts without independent verification and appropriate rights. Use the report control or contact orianjlevari@gmail.com for an incorrect or harmful result; rights holders and non-users may also contact us. Reporting is reviewed by a human, not an automatic determination that a complaint is correct. CAP may restrict access while investigating and may correct, withdraw or delete a result.

Availability, changes and ending access

This experimental beta is currently free. Processing limits, interruptions and source/provider restrictions may prevent completion. We may suspend misuse or stop the beta. We will request renewed acceptance of a changed policy bundle before new checks; changes are not retroactive. You may stop using CAP, delete your checks or request account deletion through account controls. Any future paid service or broader audience requires a separate review and appropriate updated terms.

Warranties, responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CAP is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance that these Terms reasonably warn against, to the extent lawful. This clause does not exclude or limit liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. There is no blanket waiver of privacy, copyright, defamation or other statutory rights, no automatic user indemnity and no invented monetary liability cap. Enforceability requires legal review.

Law and contact

Israeli law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be displaced. Please first send a complaint to orianjlevari@gmail.com; this does not prevent exercising legal rights or contacting a regulator or court. No compulsory arbitration or exclusive foreign forum is imposed. If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited or severed only to the extent permitted by law.
