AI Disclaimer

Version 2026-10-27.1 · Effective when accepted for the invited beta.

An assessment, not guaranteed truth

CAP uses AI to interpret a video's claims and explain evidence. It can mishear, misidentify an object, miss context, use outdated or unrepresentative sources, or make mistakes even when confident. A confidence label is the model's estimate, not a measured probability of correctness. Sources are support to inspect, not a guarantee that every conclusion follows.

Uncertainty and people

Not enough evidence does not mean a claim is false. A disputed or misleading claim does not establish dishonesty, fraud, a crime or anyone's intentions. The model can produce unsupported accusations; do not rely on such an accusation and report it. CAP is not a court, regulator, medical professional or substitute for qualified advice. Do not use a beta assessment as the sole basis for a consequential decision about health, finances, legal rights, employment or someone's reputation.

Human review

Open the linked sources and check the qualifications before acting. You can report an incorrect or harmful result from its page or contact orianjlevari@gmail.com. A report can be hidden while reviewed. CAP has no public directory of assessments; a private result should not be republished as an authoritative accusation. This notice does not excuse unlawful processing or remove legal rights.
