Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted beta use

Use your approved account to examine claims in publicly accessible material you may lawfully submit for automated processing. Respect copyright, privacy, platform restrictions and provider rules. The initial beta is free and for invited adults using it in Israel. Do not share credentials or resell access.

Prohibited material and behavior

Do not submit private/confidential recordings, stolen material, access tokens, passwords, intimate images, sexual content involving minors, or content that you may not lawfully have processed. Do not submit unnecessary personal health, financial, identity, biometric, location or other sensitive information about yourself or others. Do not use CAP to identify an unknown private individual, compile dossiers, dox, stalk, discriminate, harass, threaten or manufacture allegations.

Do not bypass a login, DRM, a paywall, technical access controls or rate limits. Do not exploit CAP, send malicious URLs or code, impersonate others, manipulate citations, fabricate a CAP result, or present AI output as an official legal/scientific finding. Do not use it for unlawful surveillance or high-stakes automated decisions about people. Public figures, organizations and businesses can also be harmed by false accusations.

Response to misuse

Report misuse or harmful output to orianjlevari@gmail.com. The operator may restrict content or access, investigate proportionately and cooperate with legally valid requests. No automated accusation classifier decides whether a person is guilty or a complaint is correct. Rules and disclaimers do not legalize an otherwise unlawful submission.
