Respect for rights

CAP analyzes linked material for claim checking. It does not grant permission to download, reuse or publish a creator's work. Public availability is not a copyright license, and lawful quotation/fair use is context-specific. Platform access restrictions also need a separate lawful basis. Users must submit only material they may have processed and sent to providers. Private/login-restricted content, paywall circumvention and access-control bypass are not authorized.

Limited display

CAP links to sources, attributes them where available and limits displayed excerpts. It does not offer raw video, frame, full transcript or full article downloads to other testers or the public. Excerpt limits are engineering safeguards, not legal safe harbors; a short extract may still be unlawful and a justified use requires context. Moral rights and appropriate attribution must also be respected.

Send a complaint

Send a copyright/removal request to orianjlevari@gmail.com, or use the authenticated report form. Non-users do not need a CAP account to email a complaint. Identify the work, your interest or authority, the CAP result URL or job identifier if known, the disputed material and reason, your name and a reply address. Provide enough information to locate and assess the issue; do not attach unnecessary identity documents or a full copyrighted work. You may request confidentiality; we may share the minimum necessary with the submitter or advisers when lawful.

Review, restriction and response

The operator reviews complaints, may promptly restrict a result while investigating and may ask for proportionate clarification. We aim to acknowledge within seven days, prioritizing credible urgent harm. We may remove material, correct attribution or explain a decision. A complainant or submitter may seek reconsideration with supporting information. Removal does not automatically mean infringement was proved; no guaranteed reinstatement deadline applies. Repeated unlawful use may result in suspension. Preserve records only where justified and under a documented limited hold.

This is CAP's Israeli beta complaint process. It does not claim US DMCA safe-harbor status, a registered DMCA agent or a universal statutory notice-and-counter-notice procedure. A lawyer must assess any foreign procedure that actually becomes applicable.
